Lily Pad, a bespoke stone, purpose built
holiday cottage. Situated within the 5 acres of Frog Hall,
the home of Jane and Andrew Codman.
The cottage sleeps 6, either as 3 double rooms or a 3 twin
bedded rooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor as is a
large bathroom, ideal for those with less mobility.
The living area is open plan and leads onto a sunny patio
and lawn area. Parking is directly in front of the property.
There is use of an indoor pool, large barbeque area over
looking a meadow and pond.

The
bathroom has a wet showering area and a bath, plus
W.C. and basin all designed for ease of use and accessibility.
The kitchen has
electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with
icebox, ample storage space, well stocked with utensils,
crockery and glassware.
The Open Plan Living Area
has French doors leading to the patio. The sitting area
is complimented by two comfy leather sofas. There is a television,
video
and D.V.D. player, plus a C.D., radio and cassette player.
The interior has been carefully designed in a country chic
theme, uncluttered but all you need for maximum comfort
and relaxation.
High chair, travel cot, stair gate and cupboard locks can
be found in the cottage so even the youngest visitors are
more than welcome.

The village of Nassington
is a rural mainly stone village which has a well stocked shop,
butchers and wine shop. Two good pubs which both serve food (one
slightly more formal than the other), one has a children friendly
beer garden, the other has river frontage and large alfresco eating
area.
Nassington is easy to get to from any direction and is ideal
for Peterborough, Stamford, Oundle, Northamptonshire, Rockingham,
Rutland Water, and Burghley Park. Nassington is 10 minutes from
the A1 so you can soon be on your journey.
Breakfasts can be ordered (a menu is included in your information
pack) 24 hours ahead and it will be delivered at requested time
to your door; an evening menu will be available shortly.
A laundry service is available upon request.
Stabling for horses is available and bike storage.
The length of stay depends on you, overnight stays are available
and longer visits as welcome.
